On October 24, 2022, "National Culinary Congress" was held in Baku with the sponsorship of "Profetech". The main purpose of holding the congress is to support the development of national cuisine and gastrotourism, to create a platform for expanding cooperation between local producers and farmers, and to promote the idea of using local vegetables.
